Brenda K. Walsh

Brenda Walsh is a vivacious, loving and generous Christian with a heart for ministry and a burning desire to share the love and joy of Jesus. When she started praying, “Lord, use me in a special way,” God did! And the resulting amazing miracle stories have been an inspiration to thousands across the world who have heard her dynamic presentations or read her attention-grabbing books. Her message is one of encouragement and hope to those who truly want to be used by God. Hearing Brenda is truly a life-changing experience whether it’s at a women’s ministries retreat, a prayer conference, a church-based weekend event, or a family or children’s ministries seminar.

Brenda is best known as the producer and host of “Kids' Time,” a popular children’s program on Three Angels Broadcasting Network (3ABN). She is also a frequent guest on the "3ABN Today" program, cooking and singing with her sisters. Check out 3ABN (www.3abn.org). You can enjoy listening to the inspirational music of the Micheff sisters on one of their four gospel CDs entitled “Family Favorites,” “Leaning on Jesus,” “Hymns from the Heart,” and "Songs of Hope." In addition to singing with her sisters, Brenda has her own solo CD entitled, "My Wonderful Lord."

She has written four vegan vegetarian cookbooks with her sisters, Linda Johnson and Cinda Sanner, called, “Cooking with the Micheff Sisters,” “Cooking Entrées,” "Cooking for Two," and "Soups, Salads and Sandwiches."

If you have ever wondered whether God can use you despite your wasted past and bitter life experiences, just pick up Brenda's book, "Battered to Blessed,” where she tells her personal story of being a victim of domestic violence. Or maybe you’re thinking you don’t have the courage or resources to survive tough times: read “Between Hell and High Water,” the book about Hurricane Katrina that she wrote with her friend, Kay Kuzma, and you’ll find that with God anything is possible. Her book, "Passionate Prayer" features her own personal stories of answered prayer telling about the importance of a passionate prayer life with our Heavenly Father. Brenda has also co-authored with Kay Kuzma "Passionate Prayer Promises," and "Prayer Promises for Kids," which are promise books with prayers and scriptural promises for over 100 different basic needs. Her latest project is a series of children’s books entitled, “Miss Brenda’s Bedtime Stories."

In addition to ministering to others, Brenda is a registered nurse, interior decorator, and floral designer. Her hobbies include; playing the piano, oil painting, collecting dolls and thimbles and, of course, cooking! Brenda is married to Tim Walsh and lives in Knoxville, TN. She has two grown daughters, Becky and Linda Kay, and is the proud grandmother of Michael James and Jason Patrick.
